Interesting formula, but I have a little allergic reaction
The main brightening ingredients are Hexylresorcinol and Arbutin, which makes this cream much gentler than products with Hydroquinone. But I still get some breakouts and abnormal dry patches after using this cream.

Changed my skin and my life!
Wow, I am not one to take the time to write reviews, though I had to share with others how this cream changed my life! I have very sensitive skin, suffered from hyper pigmentation/ melasma, and struggled with finding a cream that did not break me out. After using this cream for three months I can say my hyperpigmentation/ melasma is 95% gone, my skin is the most hydrated and glowing it has ever been, and I have had no new breakouts! I truly cannot believe I am even writing this review, I never thought this day would come! Also, those that struggle with acne, make sure you are not using any detergents, face washes, or products with sodium laureth sulfate! Removing this ingredient from all products also stopped ALL BREAKOUTS! An absolute MUST PURCHASE!

Gentle and works, with patience
This is very good for sensitive skin that may react poorly to acids, vitamin c, retinol, or hydroquinone. My skin is fine with all of these, so I probably won't buy this again because it's very slow working to see results compared to other things. But it's a solid product and can even be a stand in for moisturizer during the day if your skin isn't too dry. I broke out very slightly on the first try, I think because of the new exfoliation. But after that it was very nice. I noticed more of a difference in texture (smoother, finer pores) than I did in brightness or spot reduction, though it does give a nice glow. I think the PM instructions are a little excessive and a waste of product. I would say just use it as you would a normal serum. I actually found the scent to be very refreshing and natural/botanical, but it's not fragrance free.
