Good for drier climates and the winter months
I love Replenix's acne gels, so when I found that my skin was starting to become more dried out using the 10% gel last winter, I decided to go with a spot treatment in the same line that had a milder percentage. I was still happy with the results, and my skin dried out less! A perfect balance that still works if your acne is not as severe, or if you live in a climate with colder, drier temperatures.

It is lightweight with the perfect texture. I purchased this because Clinique discontinued the 2.5% acne gel I liked, and this is not only a great dupe . . . it is better. This formula does not pill or crumble under makeup. It also seems to mix well either under or over other creams and serums. It does not sting or irritate my skin. Only a few days in and I already know it is a staple product. I like that it is a squeeze tube, so you can dispense exactly how much you want; if it were a jar the formula could dry out, and if it were a pump the mechanism could stick. Love this!! I plan on using the low percentage for winter and the higher percentage for summer.

Great For Acne
I use this every other night on my chin and forehead and I think it does an amazing job! I have sensitive skin and if I were to use it every night I would get red and irritated but I think it's just as effected every other night.

The ONLY thing that's ever kept cystic & hormonal acne away
About once a month I get a horrible, deep, painful, unsightly pimple...this has been happening for decades. Over the years I have purchased every low- and high-end acne product....they were all either too weak to prevent the monthly blemish OR they were so strong that they caused redness, rawness, peeling, and resulted in an additional zit as a reaction from the lotions I had to apply to heal the dryness/redness/rawness. Then I found this stuff. It's gentle yet effective. It doesn't cause me redness, yet somehow it's formula is strong enough to keep breakouts from occurring. The odd thing is that I've tried other 2.5% benzoyl peroxide products, but they were all either ineffective or too harsh. For some reason the formula in this product is the perfect balance of strength and gentleness. I also sometimes like to layer it over Differin before i go to bed, for a double whammy of zit prevention, although this stuff is also great on its own. I hope they never stop making it!
