Rene Furterer Complexe 5 Stimulating Plant Concentrate (formerly known as "Complexe 5 Regenerating Extract") works to tone the scalp and strengthen hair with its essential oil rich formula. Microcirculation is stimulated to provide optimum distribution of nutrients to the roots, thereby restoring body, shine and strength. It also cleanses the scalp and boosts the efficiency of other hair care products.
Apply Complexe 5 once or twice a week directly on the scalp, section by section. Massage in. A sensation of heat due to the activation of microcirculation may occur. Leave in 5 to 10 minutes. Follow with the appropriate Rene Furterer treatment and shampoo. Avoid contact with eyes.

Wonderful Feeling on My Scalp with Good Oil Control
This oil feels wonderful on my scalp. I have baby fine hair. I notice that my oil control is much better after a few days of use. I have had this product for a couple of weeks and usually use once a week. I even sleep in it some. There are a lot of essential oils and it smells like orange and lemon oil. Very relaxing.

horrible smell
Dermstore has the rudest customer service. I had returned two items in which one I had requested a refund and the other a store credit. Both items were placed in the same box instead of using multiple boxes and because of this they only wanted to give me store credit for both items since Dermstore paid for the shipping charges back. No where on the website does it state that you are not allowed to do this in addition to having previously done this with no problem. On top of all this I was not refunded my full amount for a separate order in which the agent did not even apologize and claimed there was something wrong with their computer system that day. Be sure to check your refunds since it seems they do not always refund you back your full amount. Also, I sent back products a month ago and I still have not received credit for these items. I have never experienced such a delay in returning items and receiving my money back. I will not be shopping from Dermstore again. Disgusting company

subtle, but noticeable difference after 2 weeks
I've only used this product 3 times within the past 2 weeks and I noticed that I have less hair fallout. It makes my scalp feel itchy upon application, but after shampooing and rinsing off, my scalp feels fresh and renewed. I bought this primarily for flakes (not dandruff)/hair loss at my hairline. I haven't seen too much results regarding these issues, but I will continue to use this product.

A Boost for Thinning, Dull Hair
I first used Complexe 5 about 2 years ago when my fine hair began thinning. It was recommended by a Rene Furterer Representative at a hair salon. I loved the way my scalp tingled when I massaged it in once a week. I used it with Carthame Shampoo. The condition of my hair improved after about a month, but immediately there was less hair in my shower drain. I should have stayed with it because the condition of my hair was not the same with other products. My hair is shiny, appears thicker, and is more manageable. I am not giving up my Complexe 5 again.
