Good but not great (for thin, fine hair)
First off, this shampoo does smell AMAZING. And it certainly does the job in terms of cleaning for hair without making it feel stripped/dried out. I just haven't ever seen it make any difference in terms of volume for my hair - my hair is very thin and fine.

So Soft And Smooth
Shampoo glides across my hair, leaving it smooth, soft & tangle free. I have fine hair, medium length, colored blonde. I was so skeptical to try this ( but why not ... Dermstore has an amazing return policy!). The shampoo exceeded my expectations. I could truly not be happier. I let things I'd heard about natural shampoos scare me from trying it. Perhaps it isn't for everyone but to me it feels like such a treat in the shower & after the shower too. Beautiful packaging too.

big fluffy hair

I wanted to love this shampoo, as it has great ingredients... but it really didn't work for me. I kind of liked the smell of the Palo Santo in their Classic line, and this scent was ok as well, but very subtle. This worked best if I shampooed, rinsed, and repeated... but it took way too much product to get it to the point where I could get my fingers or a comb through it. And, the conditioner did not help. For reference, I have long, fine hair that has very dry (bleached) ends, but roots that tend towards oily.

Volume, shine, odd texture
I have a lot of hair that looks thick, but in reality is just a lot of thin hair. So I'll get volume post hair dry/straightening, but it's floppy after an hour or so. I was using Pureology's volume line and it was better than what I'd been using, but I still wasn't getting the volume I really wanted. So I'm almost done with my first bottle of Rahua's volume shampoo and it is far and away better! My hair is super shiny, the volume LASTS which is shocking for me, and my hair definitely feels clean. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because: 1) it takes A LOT of shampoo each wash; 2) the bottle sizes are small; and 3) I don't love how my hair feels after the shampoo-almost like it's dry. If you've ever used Dial soap, you know how you'll wash your body with Dial and then your skin feels not smooth, but clean? It's like that but for your hair. It's really only 1 and 2 that are preventing the 5th star, because 3 ends up being inconsequential-my hair is clean and voluminous, and the conditioner feels AMAZING. PS - My frizz was also pretty controlled, but that may be from my straightening product!

Cannot get my hair clean with this
I have somewhat oily fine hair and I have been shifting towards using mostly natural products. For some reason, with this shampoo, I have had to use sooo much product to even attempt to get my hair clean and then after the shower, it doesn't even appear clean. I have used a few other natural shampoos and know that they don't foam up like a regular one would, but have never had this issue with any of them. I was hoping to love it but I cannot recommend this product.
