Pretty Good
This is a pretty good clarifying shampoo. It was a little drying on my color treated hair, but didn't damage the color at all. My hair felt pretty clean and fresh after using.

No Suds - Gentle Cleansing
I have very fine, shoulder length+ hair that can't go more than 2 days without a wash. Whoever said "you can train your scalp" doesn't have fine hair. This clarifying shampoo is lovely, though as one reviewer mentioned, you need a lot to get the job done. This product doesn't have satisfying suds - though that means it's quite gentle. I suffer from product build up and this does a very nice job of getting through the grit.

Surprisingly worth the price
I was dubious about whether this shampoo would be worth the fairly steep cost. However, I live in a city with famously "hard water" and figured a momentary indulgence to satisfy my curiosity would be worth the cost. Turns out, it actually does what it says. My hair felt softer (without using any conditioner!) after using this to strip out all the harsh mineral effects from the water than with any other shampoo I've used before. And even though it is pricey, a little truly goes a long way, so no more than one pump does it for a whole head of hair. Since I alternate between this and a dandruff shampoo, it's certainly worth repurchasing.

I love this shampoo
I have curly hair (thinning, coarse, dry but lots of volume). I got this shampoo to use as needed for those times when I've been using a lot of product and need a clean slate. So first, the bottle is small. It's not a lot for the price. However, if you use it every now and then (as I do), I think it could last a while. It's not, for me, an everyday shampoo, for its purpose or its price. Unlike what some reviewers said, it doesn't leave my hair oily. It leaves it very shiny and healthy looking. I searched for a while to find a clarifying shampoo without sulfates that wouldn't irritate my scalp or damage my hair - this fits the bill. Because it doesn't have sulfates, it doesn't suds up a lot. This is typical of this kind of product, though, and it does get your hair clean.

need to use a lot to see results
I love, love, love r and co products but this one was merely, meh in my opinion. I try to go at least 3 days between shampoos and bought this clarifying shampoo to use 1x/week. It does clean out the "impurities"/oil build up/product build up in my hair but I have to use quite a lot to get my whole scalp covered. I have fine, thin hair and usually only a quarter size is more than enough products for me to use and I would say I have to use two half dollar size amounts of this shampoo to get the job done. Not a big deal since I use the product 1x/week or less but for someone who has thicker hair or uses more frequently this bottle will not last very long.

Not like other clarifying shampoo that will make hair dry! Use it twice a week to keep clean and healthy. Also, it does have a lovely scent!

Salon-quality hair every time
I was, as most probably are before purchasing, highly suspicious of the cost/benefit ratio for this product. I had previously been using Baxter's shampoo which I liked, particularly for its scent. Once I began using this shampoo, I could see how it was obviously superior to my previous shampoo, and honestly to all other shampoos I've used (save brands I can't remember from actual salons). My hair has never felt so clean yet soft and strong for days afterward. Sometimes you don't realize you're missing a product until you try one and see for yourself how it is truly next level. I think for those who live in cities famous for their "hard water," this is a must. At the very least, it's worth trying. I'm certainly going to purchase again.
