My go-to in my routine
I actually bought this on whim to see how it'd work. I like products that give volume to my hair but not products that leave my hair sticky, goopy or crunchy feeling. This fits the bill , and even for days after, my thin and fine hair has some lift to it. Even if I choose to mostly air dry my hair - if I start by blow drying my roots, I still get amazing results!

Telogen effluvium
Bought this for my coworker who now is going through telogen effluvium due to being in the ICU with covid on a vent. Not for me...
I have fine, thin hair, just above shoulder length. This spray did not make my hair feel more full or thicker. It also did not make my hair sticky though, so that's nice. It did make my hair staticky - not only the little baby hairs on the top of my head, but even the ends of my hair are still staticky (and it's the end of the day) . The smell was super overwhelming to me as well. I'm returning this product.
