Love to use this every two weeks. Let it sit for about 30mins and I do a scalp oil in also, and it leave my hair so happy and soft. My hair is protein sensitive and extra extra dry with very low porosity so this is the product that actually can get into my hair to help. Will always have this in my drawer to use 2x a month

Generally I only use this oil the day I am going to wash my hair. However living at the beach requires a little extra moisturizer in my blonde hair during the summer months. Often times I will put this in the ends of my hair prior to heading to for a swim. It keeps my hair soft and it smells amazing. A little goes a long way.
