Philip B. Russian Amber Conditioner (formerly Russian Amber Imperial Conditioning Creme) restores manageability and shine to lackluster hair. Formulated with amino acids and botanical extracts, it nourishes and fortifies to repair damage and promote strong, healthy strands. Panthenol and rosemary extract replenish moisture to soften and smooth for beautiful hair with body and bounce.
Due to a manufacturer packaging change, item received may vary from product image.
Apply to clean, damp hair - concentrating the conditioner on the mid-shaft to the ends - and comb through. Rinse thoroughly. For deep conditioning, leave the product on your hair for up to 5 minutes before rinsing. To boost shine and manageability, finish with a few light spritzes of Philip B pH Restorative Detangling Toning Mist.

Expensive but worth it
This conditioner works better than K18, the entire Virtue and Sisley lines for my color-treated hair. It is pricey but the effects even from the initial use are unreal - even for post color it is more effective than any pricey a-la-carte treatments in enriching my hair with moisture without a weighted down feeling. When considering that it is worth the price to me! Pure magic!

Compliments After One Use!
I used this product expecting wonders. I have healthy hair, but it's color-treated so I try to use really good products otherwise it gets super dry. After the first use, I was a little underwhelmed just because I thought it would feel like the best thing that has ever touched my hair. It smells AMAZING, but went on just like any other conditioner. However, the day after using it,I noticed the texture of my hair was lovely and just fell perfectly. And then at work, I got about 4 compliments on my hair and I didn't do anything to it other than use this conditioner!!
