Peter Thomas Roth Irish Moor Mud extracts all the dirt, impurities and excess oil from your skin and replaces them with nutrient-rich moisture and vitamins. The star ingredient, 9,000-year-old Moor mud from the Irish countryside, reverses the damage of environmental stress and pollutants with its blend of organic minerals and antioxidants.
Volcanic ash detoxifies pores and shrinks their appearance while black hijiki seaweed hydrates your skin. Charcoal acts like a magnet, drawing out toxins to clarify your complexion. Your skin is left softer, smoother and radiantly brighter after each use.
Using fingertips, apply evenly on clean skin. Leave on for up to 10 minutes. Remove with a warm, damp washcloth and rinse skin thoroughly of any remaining residue. Use 2-3 times a week, or as desired. For external use only.

Skin so soft
My sister & I both tried this mud mask together & we were both so impressed. Our faces are so soft & smooth. One thing is it made me breakout on my chin, the first two times I used it. But the results over ride this small outbreak

Be careful if you have sensitive skin
I have used this mask twice followed by my regular skincare routine. Both times my face was considerably red for at least 20-30 minutes after completing my routine and there was a slight tingle to my face. On reading up on the ingredients, I realized that the mask contains lactic acids and should probably not be used in conjunction with another acid product. The next day my skin was absolutely glowing and so smooth! I'm going to keep using it to see if my skin becomes less sensitive to it if I don't use another acid after the mask. If you have sensitive skin, I would recommend doing a patch test to be on the safe side.

Received in a beauty box
I have only used this once so far. It did seem to clear out my pores as stated. I personally would not use more than once a week on my skin. But I have matured, sensitive skin.

Great but hard to wash off
The mask itself is effective. I think it does a good job (if used consistently) with decongesting & purifying my pores. It is however EXTREMELY difficult to wash off. It doesn't dry on your face like other masks do, which is why I'm assuming the mask is also hydrating but because the consistency doesn't change with time, I spend a great deal of time taking it off without making a huge mess.

Dry skin and clogged pores?
This is the perfect mask for someone who has clogged pores/ blackheads and dry skin. The mask doesn't dry down to a tight drying mask, it stays damp, while still being effective!

LOoks awful but works great
This mask has a cool slimy feel to it but it is kinda thick. It's black so u can easily see it!

Nice mud mask
It's a nice mud mask. A bit pricey, so I'm not sure I would repurchase. I'll have to try it a few more times to determine if I will.

Fun, but I'm not sure I'd pay full price
I got this in the BeautyFix box, and it seems it was meant to be the star item. That aside I would say that it feels almost cooling to wear, rather than warm, which is fairly relaxing. My skin does feel smooth and only a little dry. But it's not as if my blackheads disappeared or the few bumps of acne instantly shrunk. It just feels a bit like, "Oh, that was nice."

This product is okay. I would recomment it, it does what its supposed to, i received a small sample of it but would really like to purchase full size!
