Peter Thomas Roth Irish Moor Mud extracts all the dirt, impurities and excess oil from your skin and replaces them with nutrient-rich moisture and vitamins. The star ingredient, 9,000-year-old Moor mud from the Irish countryside, reverses the damage of environmental stress and pollutants with its blend of organic minerals and antioxidants.
Volcanic ash detoxifies pores and shrinks their appearance while black hijiki seaweed hydrates your skin. Charcoal acts like a magnet, drawing out toxins to clarify your complexion. Your skin is left softer, smoother and radiantly brighter after each use.
Using fingertips, apply evenly on clean skin. Leave on for up to 10 minutes. Remove with a warm, damp washcloth and rinse skin thoroughly of any remaining residue. Use 2-3 times a week, or as desired. For external use only.

No noticeable difference
I really wanted to love this mask. But each time I used it, I didn't see a difference in the appearance of my pores or any active breakouts. Infact, I felt like it made those active breakouts worse. I let my breakouts heal and tried it again for my clogged pores, and again there was no difference and I broke out in some pretty painful pimples. I have other masks that truly help and heal my skin, so I can't justify the price on this one.

I love this mask. I have sensitive skin and I do not get a lot of acne but am prone to cystic acne at times. If I use this faithfully once a week my skin remains clear. If I ever have a breakout I know it is time for a mask. It works really well and I will buy again once it runs out.

This stuff works wonders
Masks irritate my skin easily, but this has not caused any issues (a few months of use twice weekly). My pores didn't "shrink," however this does help clean them out and helps me avoid breakouts.

Normally...
...I adore products by Peter Thomas Roth, but this mask just didn't work for me. The initial results were beautiful, but after using it once per week for several weeks, it started leaving my face red, irritated, and feeling tight. It's possible I'm allergic to one of the ingredients, which is not the fault of the product. Even though this one didn't work out, I fully intend to continue purchasing from Roth's skincare line because it's filled with quality products.

soft skin wow
I didn't think it would do anything spectacular but after I washed it off, my skin was glowing and felt SMOOTHER than a baby's bottom! I love how it doesn't harden to a dry clay which can leave your face feeling tight and dried out. This mask never fully dries down which makes it comfortable to wear longer than recommended (which we all do okay?!) It not only draws the gunk out of your pores, but also smoothes, softens, moisturizes, brightens, and includes vitamins and antioxidants. I'll have to try it when I have a breakout to see if it helps calms down pimples.

Don't See What All the Fuss Is About
I don't see any difference between this and any other clay mask I've ever tried. I'm not sure it's worth the price tag. The mask is kind of bouncy in that it's a mix between a clay and gel texture. It doesn't dry down like some clay masks. It is pretty hard to rub off and will definitely make a mess in your sink. I haven't noticed any results. Overall, it's not bad, but for the price tag, I would like to be able to tell if the product is working.
