These clear and adhesive dots are packed with a potent blend of comedone-fighting ingredients so that you can target treat right where you need it most to address clogged pores directly. In addition to expediting the healing process of the blemish itself, the dots keep bacteria from spreading to other pores, reducing the opportunity for more breakouts. Your blemish heals so quickly, it doesn't have as much of a chance to leave pigment marks and scarring. The result is clear skin worthy of the beautiful adult you've become.

Before application, clean and dry affected area. Apply an appropriately sized dot to blemish, covering completely. Pat edges to secure and contain blemish. Leave in place for at least eight hours to permit healing. To remove, gently peel back and discard. Cleanse affected area and repeat application with a fresh dot, if desired.

Great for regular acne, not cystic
Overall, the product works great on regular acne. The sooner you notice a blemish start to form, the faster this works to get rid of it. After a day, I noticed it significantly reduced. On a more mature pimple, it took 2-3 days to go away with these dots. I had one that was more cystic and after 3 days of using these dots, it was about halfway reduced. I gave up and used a prescription from my dermatologist to kill it off. My favorite part of these is it seals it in. I touch my face more than I should, which makes things worse. I like that I can poke at the dot and feel if it's flattening without directly touching the blemish.

This comes with two sizes of dots. Very flat and clear, sits well on the face unlike some other brands out there. Had a few pimples start and slapped one of these on and I had the swelling go down overnight. If you get small zits/whiteheads give this product a whirl!

Mixed results.
Don't stick as well as others stick-on treatments. The removal from the plastic film is not user friendly, often scrunching when you are picking at the patch to use it. When it does stay on it does good work on calming acne spots. So mixed results for me.

no Effect on acne
These aren't very absorbent and they don't stay on very well at all. They do calm the redness of my zits slightly but otherwise they don't have much effect. Wouldn't buy again.

Best acne patches
These are the closest to invisible you can find when it comes to acne patches. These aren't miracle workers, but I struggle with cystic acne and do feel they help minimize the cyst. They are especially helpful if I've extracted one and want to make sure it doesn't reappear. I place one of these on the spot overnight. Also like that they have salicylic acid as some pimple patches don't have any active ingredients.

Dried out and irritated my skin
My skin is sensitive so these dots actually irritated and inflamed my skin more. I have had much better luck with cosrx patches to decrease redness and inflammation when outbreaks occur.

These are neat little products. Just put them on your pimple before bed. Then in the morning take them off and they'll have sucked up all the icky goop overnight. It definitely helps get rid of my pimples faster.
