High quality Omega 3
I've been taking omega 3 supplements since long time - I got them from drugstores or supermarkets - Suddenly I stopped and noticed they were doing absolutely nothing to me. Then I searched - ALOT - and decided to try these and spend extra money and it's totally worth it. No ew fishy burping and after one week only I noticed my skin is more hydrated. I had a very dry spot on my thigh that won't go away, now it's all gone. The best thing I noticed even more than my skin is how my mood has changed. I'm a moody person and I get triggered or irritated soooo easily that sometimes I feel guilty about, but with this supplements I swear my mood 80% has changed. So yes Omega 3 does help with hormonal moods swings but they have to be pure and high quality. Pay that extra money it's worth it. I take two pills separately after meals.

You Don't Always Get What You Pay For
