PCA Skin Smoothing Toner (formerly Smoothing Toner pHaze 23) purifies pores and removes dead skin cells for a clear, radiant complexion. Formulated with lactic and citric acids to promote clarity and smoothness while aloe calms and soothes. Ideal for use after cleansing to remove traces of dirt, oil and makeup, and before moisturizing to prepare the skin for treatment.
After cleansing with appropriate PCA Skin cleanser, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of toner and apply in upward and outward strokes over the face and neck. Use once daily or as needed.

Great for adult acne over 40!
This is a very nice product. I love the fact it has minimal scent and no added color. It instantly tingles once applied to face but not overpowering if you are used to glycolic acid and/or peels. It does subside pretty quickly. Does not over dry my skin or irritate. However I do regular masks and facials.

Amazing! A must try product!
This product has helped tremendously with my skin texture. Acne has been a struggle for me for years this has helped smooth out my skin. I use this and prescription grade retinoid along with PCA creamy cleanser, tatcha cleansing oil, and my DE moisturizer. This combo has helped clear my skin completely and keep it clear! This toner leaves my skin feeling plump and refreshed, a lot of the other toners I've tried would leave my skin feeling tight and dry. It's definitely pricy for a toner but it's well worth it!

Gentle chemical exfoliation
I have combination oily skin that can be sensitive. Chose this because of the lactic acid. Have only used this for a couple of days and I'm happy to report that this wasn't irritating at all to my skin. One downside to this product though is the horrible, chemical-y smell. But hey, that's the trade off for a product that's fragrance-free.

A serious must have!
I purchased this toner with the PCA SKIN cleanser for oily skin and the Clearskin moisturizer and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such positive results from a skincare regime! I have incredibly oily skin and suffer from hormonal breakouts but since using the PCA SKIN products my skin has been clear, smooth and balanced! I was initially hesitant to spend this much money on a toner but since using I have become a believer.... before using this toner I had rough, bumpy patches and after a week of consistent use my skin was smoother then I could ever remember. I recommend this product and all PCA SKIN products to all my family and friends!
