PCA Skin Smoothing Toner (formerly Smoothing Toner pHaze 23) purifies pores and removes dead skin cells for a clear, radiant complexion. Formulated with lactic and citric acids to promote clarity and smoothness while aloe calms and soothes. Ideal for use after cleansing to remove traces of dirt, oil and makeup, and before moisturizing to prepare the skin for treatment.
After cleansing with appropriate PCA Skin cleanser, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount of toner and apply in upward and outward strokes over the face and neck. Use once daily or as needed.

Favorite toner
I've used a couple of PCA Skin's toners, and this one is by far my favorite. It has a much more toned-down smell compared to their nutrient toner. It is not drying, but can be irritating to any active/open blemishes (but that's true for any toner!) It is a great product.

This is one of my favorite PCA products I use daily and it helps keep my skin smooth and pores in check. It does leave a tingle for just a few seconds but I let it dry down before moving on with my serums, etc. in my routine.

I've struggled with acne and scarring/ sun spots for a long time and was getting monthly chemical peels to help get rid of the imperfections on my skin. I've started using this product at least once a day after cleansing and it has transformed my skin. It's brighter and my sun spots/ scars from acne have all but disappeared. I can tell it's actively working because I can see the dirt/oil/leftover makeup on the cotton ball after using the toner as well as the tingling feeling on some of my active blemishes. I love love love this toner so much. Changed the game. No more monthly chemical peels.

Good but drying!
It helps with pores, but I cannot use it too often because it burns my skin. It has made it red and flakey a few times, so I am not sure if it is the best for my skin, but I think it is a good product.
