moisturizing and does not sting!
This is one of my favorite products. I discovered it because I am a huge fan of the PCA SHEER TINT for the face. This eye cream contains benefits of antioxidants and moisturizing and it is also gentle and does not sting! I appreciate how this has spf because it is hard to find a sunscreen that doesn't sting when coming into close contact with the eye. The only thing is that the bottle is pretty small for the amount of money you are paying for it and that is the only reason I am giving it 4 stars.

Better than Supergoop
Unlike the Supergoop Bright-Eye 100% Mineral Eye Cream, this does not pill and it layers well under makeup. I've used it with and without my normal eye cream. It seems to be hydrating enough to be used alone. I am very fair and the shade works well.

not the best at concealing
this really does not conceal much. it has a thin but sticky texture. the tint is medium and warm. i do not think it would work on either dark or light skin tones. if you use a heavier layer, it is really noticable. a light layer simply will not cover well.

Good texture and goes on smoothly. Slight tint - though not enough coverage to substitute for an under eye concealer. I have been using for 3 weeks now under makeup and have no complaints. I am using mainly for the SPF but am looking forward to seeing its effects on puffiness/fine lines.

You don't feel like you're putting on SPF for an eye cream but it really works. The cream sinks in quickly and the sheer tint subtlety covers any under eye circles you may have. Doesn't make your eyeliner smear either. I was impressed with other reviews and tried it out; so impressed I just purchased again.

I use as a primer under my eyes. It helps to hold my makeup in place while covering my dark circles. In the summer this is all I need for a very light look with a little bit of coverage. Pairs well with tanned skin.
