Problems dispensing
I purchased this product after reading all the reviews. I used it three times and the pump stopped working. I returned it and had a replacement bottle shipped. I was never able to get ANY product to dispense from the second bottle even after calling PCA skincare customer service to make sure I was using it appropriately. So I can't comment on the efficacy of the product, but be aware of possible issues dispensing it.

PCA products
I have tried several PCA products, and have been very happy with the majority of them. I have to admit, I was a little nervous about using this particular one, but really did want to try something with retinol,in the hopes that it would help my mature, aging skin. This one is a real winner. Not only do I try to cope with all of the difficulties associated with mature skin, my skin is also very fair and sensitive. I was able to use this retinol product without any problems. No residual irritation following using it, and no difficulties over time. Thanks for such a nice gift.

Not enough product to really make a difference; poor customer service experience
I took quite some time to jump into the world of skincare. I'm 34, just had a baby, and really wanted to start a good skin care regimen. Through research, I found this product and was really excited to start using it. Received the product on Jan 19; I have sensitive skin, so I used it 1-2x/week. Today, writing this review, it is March 7, and I am completely out of product. That means, this $100 product lasted for almost 8 weeks, with usage 1-2x a week, consisting of 1 pump of the product per use (1 pump equals about a qtip head size amount). Seemed a little premature to me, so I thought maybe there was an issue with the pump on the bottle. Armed with my order info, I sent an email (and a video of me trying to pump the product out of the bottle!) to Dermstore's email address, which I received an email back saying that their inbox was full. Ok no problem - so I went to their Facebook page & sent a message. Message was sent off hours, understood someone would get back to me during business hours, so not a problem. But the next day, the message I received back on Facebook - 10 hours later- was pretty snippy, curt, and condescending. I replied back to that message with a clarifying question... 6 hours ago.. and I haven't heard back. Not a good look - made me feel pretty bad, almost like my inquiry was a nuisance, and why I likely will not be returning to Dermstore for future purchases. With regard to the product itself - wish I had more to go on. Not sure it did anything for me, seeing that I've already run out and even then, didn't have much to work with in the first place.

First retinol product
I have sensitive skin and wanted to try a retinol, but was nervous. Tried this after other reviewers said it wasn't too harsh for sensitive skin and it's great! I use it every other night and follow with moisturizer and have had no issues. My skin feels smoother and looks more even.

Only Retinol I Can Use
