PCA Skin ReBalance features skin-calming ingredients to repair damage to your complexion caused by everyday stress, chemical peels or facial laser treatments. Its rejuvenating formula utilizes primrose and borage oils to soothe redness and diminish irritation. Vitamin B5 and niacinamide hydrate and promote a clear appearance. May also be used as a nightly treatment to keep your moisture levels balanced.
After cleansing and toning, apply sparingly and allow to penetrate. May be used day or night, following with appropriate PCA Skin sunblock for daytime use.

This is not as moisturizing as I would have hoped. It also leaves a film that flakes on my face. I’ve wanted to try PCA and love it since I hear good things. But I may go back to my Epionce which works better for hydration in my opinion.

I love this moisturizer. It's one of the few I've tried that doesn't make me break out or clog my pores. The only downside is the cost for the amount of product and I'm not a huge fan of the packaging. I'd prefer it to be in a more bottle/tube style where you can pump or squeeze product out vs. having you put your finger into the jar.

I love Rebalance. It calms down post-procedure skin and is light enough to use before makeup on the days I'm feeling dry. I like to use it after my retinol and night and wakeup with glowy skin that isn't dried out. As someone that's naturally oily, toner and retinol can be drying- this stuff keeps me balanced and looking fresh.
