PCA Skin ReBalance features skin-calming ingredients to repair damage to your complexion caused by everyday stress, chemical peels or facial laser treatments. Its rejuvenating formula utilizes primrose and borage oils to soothe redness and diminish irritation. Vitamin B5 and niacinamide hydrate and promote a clear appearance. May also be used as a nightly treatment to keep your moisture levels balanced.
After cleansing and toning, apply sparingly and allow to penetrate. May be used day or night, following with appropriate PCA Skin sunblock for daytime use.

Light yet moisturizing
I use this moisturizer along with a bunch of other PCA Skin products, as recommended by my esthetician. I mostly use it when I need a burst of moisture in addition to, or in place of, the ClearSkin moisturizer. However, sometimes my skin has felt a little tight after application, so I'll either have to apply more of the ReBalance, or some ClearSkin on top.

I love love love love it!
Okay, so I don't know how this stuff works. All I can say is I have super-reactive, sensitive, dry, rosacea prone skin. I can't live w/o this. I use the creamy cleanser. Then the Hydrating Serum, then the ReBalance, then the Silkcoat Balm. Sounds like a lot of steps I know but it has been totally worth it.

Okay moisturizer
I usually have great luck with the PCA products, however this moisturizer did not impress me. Although it feels nice going on, I don't feel that it gives enough moisture or protection. I thought I was ordering their post-treatment gel and was disappointed when this arrived. I thought I'd give it a try and have not been pleased.
