PCA Skin ReBalance features skin-calming ingredients to repair damage to your complexion caused by everyday stress, chemical peels or facial laser treatments. Its rejuvenating formula utilizes primrose and borage oils to soothe redness and diminish irritation. Vitamin B5 and niacinamide hydrate and promote a clear appearance. May also be used as a nightly treatment to keep your moisture levels balanced.
After cleansing and toning, apply sparingly and allow to penetrate. May be used day or night, following with appropriate PCA Skin sunblock for daytime use.

Good Stuff! My HG Moisturizer for Acne Prone
So I'm extremely acne prone but I have combination sensitive skin too. This product is one of the few moisturizers that doesn't break me out or cause blocked pores. I love that it doesn't have silicone. I'm not a fan of the jar packaging but it isn't a deal breaker for me. I always buy more than I need as I always need to have some in stock. Perfect over serums. Underneath makeup is beautiful. It does flake a tad if you put too much on. My skin just drinks this stuff up and plumps my skin some. It's more like a gel vs emollient consistency. As for scent, I haven't noticed one at all.

Great moisturizer
Great for combination skin. Aborbs quickly. Don't know if it would be good for extremely oily skin. I have combination skin and live in the south. This works great in the winter but is just a little too moisturizing on hot humid summer days. I only use it at night during the summer.

Not for dry/combo skin
Doesn't moisturizer my dry/combo skin at all. I've been a PCA Skin user for a long time. I use serums and the C&E, and this still makes my skin feel suuuuper dry. I'm sure it's great for oily skin, but I have dry/combo and I just can't use it. I have to return it. If you have dry/combo skin I recommend the Collagen Hydrator for day time use. Also, it smells weird, not like it's spoiled, just the product smell itself is weird. Like seaweed or fish.
