PCA Skin ReBalance features skin-calming ingredients to repair damage to your complexion caused by everyday stress, chemical peels or facial laser treatments. Its rejuvenating formula utilizes primrose and borage oils to soothe redness and diminish irritation. Vitamin B5 and niacinamide hydrate and promote a clear appearance. May also be used as a nightly treatment to keep your moisture levels balanced.
After cleansing and toning, apply sparingly and allow to penetrate. May be used day or night, following with appropriate PCA Skin sunblock for daytime use.

this is a great early fall/spring/summer moisturizer that is fragrance free and pregnancy safe (primary reason I switched this from eltamd). I am not sure yet if it will work during the NYC winter when air tends to be drier. One star off due to packaging - for moisturizers, I prefer a pump as it is more sanitary

I bought the full size of this after receiving two small samples in one of the best of dermstore bundles. I don't know if there was some sort of difference, but the product in the samples seemed to be creamier and more easily soaked into my skin. I love PCA skincare, but this is just an okay moisturizer. It sits on my skin a bit more than I would like.
