PCA Purifying Mask (formerly Purifying Mask pHaze 9) features an invigorating red algae and French red clay formula for ultimate skin purification. Vitamins A and E, as well as red wine extract help soothe and feed the skin while neutralizing free radicals. Its exfoliating texture stimulates cell turnover, helping to boost clarity for an even skin tone. Designed for weekly use, it deeply detoxifies, smoothes and revitalizes all skin types.
Apply a thin, even layer over entire face, neck and chest. Leave on 3-5 minutes. Remove with warm water and gentle circular motions to activate pumice. Pat dry and follow with the moisturizer. Use once a week or as needed.

not drying at all
i haven't tried 'masks' in quite some time. they were always very drying. although i have really oily skin, it made my face so dry that i broke out from that! i've used this a couple of times already and it feels great. leaves your skin feeling clean without any irritation or dryness. i use it once a week and i think it really helps. i continue to try more and more of PCA products and i love them all so far!

This is the best mask I've ever used. It has a nice texture when it goes on and doesn't have that awful dry, pulling sensation that some masks have. The best facial mask I've ever tried
[EDIT: Revised review] This WAS the most amazing facial mask I've ever tried. I am still amazed everytime I use it. I have combination, sensitive, blemish-prone skin, and have tried all kinds of masks - mud masks, masks w/ dead sea salt, masks with supposed minerals and vitamins, clay masks, etc. They've all either a) caused me to break out even more; b) left my skin extremely irritated and red. I was skeptical when I purchased this mask; however, I've been extremely satisfied with the other PCA Skin products I purchased, so I decided to give this mask a chance. At first it worked - it did not irritate my skin, my blemishes seemed visibly smaller, it exfoliated my skin. However, the last couple times I've used it (no change in my skin care regiment), it has actually CAUSED breakouts! :( So sad. I think it may be drawing out impurities but, it was just so unexpected and disappointing. Also, the very last time I tried it, my skin became very, very red a few days later. I'm not sure what is going on but, I'm willing to give this mask another chance since I liked the other PCA skincare products.

This mask is a great for a deep cleaning out of the pores and oil and dirt that build up on the face. I use this weekly as it helps to keep my face blemish free. It also feels cool and feels that it my tighten my skins slightly. I have sensitive skin and it is a safe product for even my most sensitive skin. Great product!
