PCA Skin Pigment Gel HQ Free features a hydroquinone-free formula that diminishes age spots and discoloration for a radiant complexion. An exfoliating complex of lactic, kojic and azelaic acids refine and smooth the skin while diminishing hyperpigmentation. Glutathione and tyrosinase inhibit melanin production to prevent new dark spots from forming.
After cleansing and toning, apply a small amount with fingertips, smooth over affected area and allow to penetrate. Follow with the appropriate PCA SKIN sunscreen moisturizer in the daytime and nourishing moisturizer in the evening. May be used day and/or night.

I love the PCA product line. I just purchased this product so I need time to see results. A little goes a long way. I do like the fact it has no hydroquinone.

This pigment gel has lightened my dark spots tremendously. I have been using religiously for the past 3 months. I limited my use to once a day or every or there day and it still works really well. I wouldn't recommend using over any break outs. also it has lasted me 3 months and I still have a lot left to use.

Wow - something that ACTUALLY WORKS
I heard about this from Dr. Dray's youtube and let me say WOW. I have fair skin and hyperpigmentation from old acne. I had a red mark above my lip that wasn't a big deal but I always put concealer over. Within just a few weeks of using, the red mark has really faded! It also fades the old red marks on my cheeks from old acne. While it's expensive, the price ultimately cancels out because I'm barely using any concealer now. I've never used a cosmetic product that ACTUALLY works. I'm so impressed with this product.

I have been using this product day and night for about a month now. Love that it is HQ-free. Not fond of the smell, but it does not linger. Helps keep my skin blemish free which is an added bonus. I have seen good results in brightening my skin tone. I always follow up with sunscreen during the day. Only complaint is that it is rather expensive. Will re-order.

Didn't see enough improvement...
I really wanted to like this product since it was HQ-free, gentle on skin, doesn't leave tacky film, and is without a harsh or unpleasant smell. I purchased this along with PCA's acne gel, to help with breakouts and uneven skin color, but after 6 months it was not enough to justify the cost and I needed to find another product. However, I feel it is important to mention that I have melasma contributed to an underlying hormonal issue, so it is not entirely the fault of the product alone for the disappointing outcome. I did expect it to work on other areas with mild post-acne marks and didn't see enough improvement in those areas after 6 months of regular use, which is why I gave this only 2 stars.

This product was recommended by my esthetician and I absolutely love it. It clears up dark spots and areas very quickly but with a tad bit of irritation but it is worth it, you'll just need to skip a day or two if this happens.
