PCA Skin Perfecting Neck and Decollete is specially formulated to restore youthful smoothness and vitality to the skin of the neck and chest area. Received a FULL size of this cream from Dermstore as a GWP around Christmas. I've been using it night before bedtime and so far I like it. It seems to be helping my neck lines and I find it to be moisturizing. No smell and soaks in fast. I think the price point is high. But I would buy it when I run out (but will probably wait for a sale.)
