PCA Skin Perfecting Neck and Decollete is specially formulated to restore youthful smoothness and vitality to the skin of the neck and chest area. A stimulating blend of ginger, citrus and peppermint oils increase blood flow while licorice root extract diminishes age spots. Good cream for the neck and decollete

I have found that this cream moisturizes my neck area very nicely. I have only been using it for about a month and it performs better than other more expensive creams that I have purchased.
