PCA Skin Nutrient Toner (formerly Nutrient Toner - pHaze 5) features a revitalizing combination of vitamins, enzymes and amino acids to nourish the skin while preparing it for further treatment. It also contains alpha hydroxy acids, formulated to help refine pores and remove superficial dead skin cells, reducing your skin's risk of blemishes and other impurities.
After cleansing with appropriate cleanser, moisten a cotton pad with a small amount and apply in upward and outward strokes over the face and neck. Use once daily or as needed.

Pumpkin spice smell
The toner may be fine, but I couldn’t get past the lingering smell. Pumpkin spice, if you like that kinda thing - maybe it’s perfect for you. Not sure on how it may have affected the skin.

Gentle and effective.
I love this toner. It smells like pumpkin and I feel it does just enough without over drying me. Enzymes are very effective in helping restore and balance our moisture barrier and this does just that. I exfoliate with it 3-5 times a week and although my skin doesn’t tend to break out, I feel this helps keep pesky texture alway. I would not recommend for acne prone skin as I feel it is too gentle but i recommend as a way to keep your skin balanced.

I have combination acne prone skin that leans more to the dry side with the other serums I use. I found myself needing something less harsh but still as effective, so I switched to the Nutrient toner after using the Smoothing toner for years. This toner was gentle, didn’t irritate my skin, and left a glow. It doesn’t hurt that the product smells amazing, like pumpkin spice.
