PCA's toners are too harsh
I am a big fan of PCA Skincare because a real dermatologist recommended it to me and it turned my skin around. However, the toners are way too harsh for sensitive skin. They all have acids, and I don't think that's necessary to tighten pores and remove traces of makeup. This one also has a strong scent like rosemary (similar scent to the PCA hydrating serum). Scented face products are a big no for me. I just use witch hazel and aloe now after experiencing irritation and skin discoloration from both the nutrient toner and this hydrating toner.

This is the first toner that has ever worked for my skin! I have pretty sensitive skin and this hydrating toner has not caused any irritation. Great for dry skin
We recently moved to Arizona where the climate is significantly dryer than I am used to. My skin was looking very dry, wrinkles seemed more pronounced and my skin was flaking. I tried two products from PCA for dry, mature skin including the Hydrating toner. It keeps my skin looking nicer and much less dry feeling. As soon as I use up the rest of my Nutrient toner, this will be a permanent switch for me.
