Great for cold winter months
I love this product, it really is hydrating for winter dryness. It is a bit pricey but a little goes a long way. It feels light after it's on and absorbs into the skin. My skin looks nice and healthy. I would buy again.

Packaging trick...
The product itself is good as with most PCA products. It appears that using more expensive packaging (glass jar and "larger size") made me feel a bit dooped for .1 oz. more than their regular moisturizers (ex. Silkcoat Balm or Collegen Hydrator). Additionally they do not do a good job about mentioning Retinyl as being an ingredient. Clearly an up sell opportunity and attempt to justify the cost. I've tried it for close to a month now and it's not touching my WI dry winter skin. I probably would sue one of their other moisturizers that I've better results with.

A little goes a long way
While this cream is pricey, a little goes a long way and it lasts a long time which makes it feel more worthwhile. I ordered mine 5 months ago and I still haven't run out. Also, regular moisturizers are never enough for me, but heavy creams usually feel greasy. This manages to be super moisturizing without the weight. Lastly, one reviewer mentioned not liking the smell. I am usually pretty sensitive to scents, but this one doesn't bother me. I'm not sure how to describe it, but it's pretty light and maybe smells a little like watermelon?

Overall Fan of this cream
As someone with EXTREMELY dry skin, I found this product quite hydrating and the consistency thin enough for daytime use under SPF and makeup as well as night time use to seal in any products i've used and provide hydration while I sleep. No distinguishable odor. Overall I would suggest this product and this brand.

More like a serum
I like this product, but it's more like a pressed serum than a moisturizer. I wish PCA did a better job of making it clear that this product contains retinol! On its own, a retinol cream is probably not the best for daily use for those with sensitive skin, you absolutely have to wear sunscreen and it may even not be safe for pregnancy. I did see results from using it for a couple of weeks, but I had irritation as well (skin turned somewhat orangey). Using it like a serum alternating every other day with another product has helped, and it does seem like an effective serum. I think it may just be too concentrated to use like a moisturizer.
