Tried this product in a Best of Dermstore kit and bought the full size when I ran out. I love that it addresses hydration on multiple fronts-adding immediate hydration, encouraging natural hydration, and barrier-strengthening. The serum is a full-bodied lotion/gel with a mildly medicinal scent that fades quickly. It layers easily over other products with a light mist. It's been a gift for my dry/dehydrated skin through winter and allergy season, whether as a more intensive hydrating serum or a concentrated spot treatment. When not using full-face, it easily serves as a soothing, barrier-like treatment for extra-dry or over-exfoliated areas, thanks to the ceramides and (not overwhelming) dimethicone. I've yet to use it in the height of summer heat and humidity, and can't speak for those with more oil- or blemish-prone skin, but am not concerned about the product's great longevity and potential weather with its lengthy, 18mo PAO.

Honestly, when using this I noticed my skins texture is overall better and healthier looking. It took me a long time to really settle on a hyaluronic product, but I settled on this knowing my skin likes PCA products and at the time I felt like moisture barrier was breaking and this has all the good stuff to help maintain my moisture barrier. I have acne prone skin and I feel like this helped to calm inflammation and my moisture barrier at the same time. I'm a huge fan of this product!

I received a sample of this and was so excited until I looked at the ingredient list. I was so sad to see coconut! This is an ingredient that does NOT work for my acne prone skin. I wish they could remove it!

Spectacular Results
PCA Skin's Hyaluronic Acid Boosting Serum has become this dry skin sufferers go to Hyaluronic serum. Not sure how they do it but it woks better than any other serum like this I have tried. It is expensive but worth every penny. It last for a relatively good amount of time and you get a decent amount of product.

One of the Best Hydrating Serums
I received a sample of this in a BeautyFIX box, and it was amazing. I research all skincare products prior to use and I thought there was no way this product was worth the price. I figured it was about the same as any other hyaluronic acid serum. I was wrong. This product goes on silky smooth, makes your face feel amazingly hydrated, and does not make oily skin oilier. I loved this product. I've tried several other hydrating serums, including ones by Verso (also from a BeautyFIX box), Drunk Elephant (which is my usual go-to), and Lue by Jean Seo (got in an Allure Beauty Box), and this one is by far the best. I only wish it wasn't so expensive.
