PCA Skin Creamy Cleanser gently and thoroughly purifies skin of dirt, residue and makeup without stripping essential moisture. Aloe vera and amino acids promote radiance and provide antioxidant protection. Skin is left perfectly cleansed with a youthful luminosity. Its nourishing formula may also be used for dry and sensitive skin types.
Apply a small amount to damp skin and wash in gentle circular motions. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Follow with the appropriate PCA Skin toner, treatment serums and sunscreen moisturizer in the daytime and nourishing moisturizer in the evening.

I wanted to love this...
I really wanted to love this cleanser based on all the other great reviews I read, but I knew as soon as I opened it and smelled the fragrance that it probably wasn't going to work with my hypersensitive skin. I used it twice (at night and the following morning), and immediately packed it back up for return. It made my skin react almost immediately both times.

HOLY GRAIL CLEANSER
This cleanser is the best I have every used! I have rosacea (subtype 2) which means I get pustules/pimples and this cleanser in combo with some other PCA products makes my skin look almost like I dont even have rosacea! I use this cleanser, hydrating serum, anti redness serum, silk coat balm and I just started their new dual active redness serum! I have tried every line out there (Dermalogica, Rodan and Fields, Obagi, Eminence, Exuviance. etc) without any success and this line has been a miracle for me. Ill never be without my PCA products and THIS CLEANSER!! Hoping soon I can add in some type of retinol for anti aging!

Dries Skin Out Over Time
I have pretty dry, sensitive skin that's prone to eczema/redness so I've been really looking for a cleanser that's not going to dry me out or cause a flare-up. This cleanser is creamy and washes off my skin pretty well in comparison to others I've tried (most leave a filmy residue). But over time, I noticed that my face became bone dry with continued use. I would get dry patches on my face and it left my skin feeling tight. At first, I thought it was my toner but once I stopped using the cleanser, my skin actually improved. It's too bad that it didn't work out since it's non-fragrant and it didn't cause any flare-up or acne, which are all pros in my book. If you're still going to try this cleanser, I would highly recommend using a toner afterwards or to just use this as your AM cleanser, especially if you are prone to dry skin or use any makeup. I only use tinted moisturizer and concealer but there was always some left over on the cotton pad. Again, definitely worth a try for sensitive-skin types but maybe not for super dry skin like mine.

This is a good cleanser but it nothing special for sensitive skin. It does not irritate it but it does not help it much either. It is good, but nothing special for the price. For my very sensitive skin I prefer Avene cleanser. It is a superior, gentler cleanser, calming and it gets the job done (it removes make up) and/or removes a day's impurities for about the same price.
