PCA Skin Clear Skin promotes a bright complexion in the morning and at night with a mix of vitamins and calming extracts. Niacinamide maintains moisture retention which, in turn, can help control sebum production and minimize excess oil. Borage seed oil is rich with fatty acids to reduce redness associated with breakouts while cucumber extract purifies and soothes your skin's texture.
After cleansing and toning, apply a smooth layer to the area to be treated, morning and night. Follow with either pHaze 7 or pHaze 8 for daytime sun protection.

overall respectable moisturizer
Love this an a fragrance-free moisturizer option, and with some good active ingredients like niacinamide too. The gel-cream consistency is moisturizing and slightly cooling. My only hesitancy to rate 5 stars lies price and the fact that the seal that was on my travel size was incredibly hard to remove, and resulted in wasted product. But if I caught it on sale, I'd definitely consider repurchasing.

I may be in the minority here, but I wasn't impressed by the absorption of this product, the texture, or the packaging. The texture feels a bit like gelatin and about 15 minutes after application, my skin feels tight and dry and the packaging is cheap plastic. In comparison to most other brands, I thought this was lower quality.
