PCA Skin's new and improved Acne Gel is formulated to help clear existing and future acne blemishes. A proprietary OmniSome delivery system helps salicylic acid deeply penetrate the skin keeping it clear of blemishes, blackheads and whiteheads. Mandelic acid regulates excess oil production and unclogs pores revealing a smoother complexion.
Key Ingredients:
- Hexylresorcinol and Ethyl Linoleate: helps to promote an even skin tone and reduce the appearance of unwanted discoloration
- Mandelic Acid: an AHA that helps exfoliate the skin to reduce oil production and unclog pores
- 2% Salicylic Acid: helps reduce future breakouts from forming, helps keep skin clear of pimples, blackheads and/or whiteheads

Night time repair
I use this product as part of my night time routine. After cleansing and toning. The rejuvenating serum goes on light (non greasy) and has a very refreshing tingle. I follow that with a night cream and wake up looking refreshed. Definitely give this a try if you are looking for a new night time serum.

New formula
I think I prefer the old formula, this formula doesn’t have the same consistency as the original. I noticed that the ingredients changed and I’m not sure if I’m seeing results, as I would with the original formula.

The best acne gel I've used
This is definitely the best acne gel I've used, and I've tried a lot over the years. It's 2% salicylic acid, so it does the work of clearing breakouts and pimples, yet it isn't overly drying. I only use it once a day, though. It's not really sticky like some other gels can be, and it "plays nice" with my other PCA Skin products. I would encourage others with acne-prone, combo skin to give this a try. I won't be switching to other products after using this.
