Relieves my skin
This toner feels great on the skin after washing my face in the shower. The harsh water in my shower makes my skin feel irritated and tight but this toner really helps hydrate and relieve that tightness. It is great for layering with actives. I use chemical exfoliants, so I don't need my toner to be an additional exfoliant. I also have very sensitive skin and rosacea and it doesn't irritate my skin at all. Repurchasing now.

Not for the most sensitive skin
I found this toner wonderfully hydrating and soothing until I accidentally over-exfoliated my skin and then it started burning like crazy. If your skin is simply dry or you're prone to redness, this is probably a fine option. If you're struggling with a damaged moisture barrier, this is one to avoid.

The one product I use every single day
I've always had trouble with sensitive, dehydrated skin and this toner, which I discovered about three years ago, has changed my life. BIG fan of Paula's Choice Product Line.
I am 68 and have been blessed with good skin. But finding the right products that will work consistently with no irritation has always been the issue.
