Not very calming
I have skin allergies. My face broke out in a rash and I used this on it... it sure burned! Otherwise it's an ok toner if you don't have a face breakout.

I love this product! It is very milky, almost like a super thin serum, but definitely still light enough to apply under treatments, serums, and moisturizer. Amazing results for uneven skin tone, especially red cheeks!
I originally chose this toner because as I'm approaching 25, I'm starting to see some more visible and tricky signs of rosacea, mostly that cheeks were really uneven in tone, a little bumpy, and quite red compared to the rest of my face. My mom has always had a really bad case of rosacea, so it wasn't quite unexpected but not easy to take care of. However, this toner made a HUGE difference in my routine - my skin is so much more evenly toned and extremely smooth! Absolutely recommend this product if you have fair skin and are struggling with rosiness in your face at all.

Perfect for Barrier Repair
This is the hydrating toner for anyone trying to repair their barrier. I started a whole new hydrating routine recently with this as my toner step. I added the PC Omega+ serum and moisturizer in addition to this calming toner and they have put in the work to repair my barrier in two weeks. It has helped with my overall texture and previous irritation. Also my skin has been revived and it has plumpness and fullness like it used to. Love the milky texture of the toner - it is very soothing. Only thing is it might be too heavy for the summer but it's definitely a necessary buy for barrier repair and dehydrated skin.
