This hydrating formula contains essential ingredients dry, flaky skin needs to improve and help defend against dehydration, environmental stress, and aging. It is so gentle, it’s suitable even for skin prone to eczema.

Great toner for dry and sensitive skin
I started using this toner when my skin was freaking out on a more harsh product. The redness and itchy skin went away within a week of use. It is milky and moisturizing. One of my favorite Paula’s Choice products.

Best Hydrating Toner Ever!
This toner is literally perfect, and here's why: 1) When you put it on your face, it feels like a soothing milk mixture almost. It is a pale milky colored toner so this is probably why I think that. This description doesn't make much sense, but this is how I would describe it. It feels very refreshing on extremely parched skin like mine. Like a sip of cool water on a hot summer day, very refreshing. 2) It has no scent or colored dye in it that some toners do, and so it did not irritate my sensitive skin at all! 3) Lastly, this toner makes my skin feel like it is moisturized and doesn't dry it out either. It feels great on my face when I apply it and I always go back to this toner, so its a win for me!

This toner is so lovely. It really does feel hydrating and soothing. I've been using it for months and it's been such a nice addition to my skincare routine, works perfectly for my dry and sensitive, acne-prone skin. WOW. I did not expect to like this toner as much as I do. I initially bought this for all the amazing ingredients. It really does hydrate and soak into the skin nicely. Worth Trying for Rosacea!
I'm always hesitant buying new products due to my rosacea. I used to think all toners were really stripping and would never work for my skin type but I figured I'd give it a shot because it appeared to be gentle and calming. After multiple uses, I can happily say that this did not cause any redness, red bumps, (which I tend to get sometimes), or dryness. It feels very hydrating and nourishing.
