I only gave this 3 stars because I wasn’t wowed by this, especially for the PP. it’s nice on the skin and a large size that lasted a while. It was just ok, did feel nice and great for sensitive skin - sometimes I get redness around my T zone and this kept my skin calm. Not worth it for me so I haven’t repurchased.

I stopped using witch hazel after years of choosing this as my toner. This PC toner leaves your skin feeling so hydrated and nourished. I highly recommend if you haven't been successful with other toners. It does not strip your natural oils from your skin. For reference, I have skin of color and it's very sensitive.
