Easy and gentle on my skin
I find this pretty gentle (although I am used to some pretty harsh exfoliants) and easy to use. It refreshes my skin and seems to clarify it without much in the way of irritation. The smell is a bit much but I prefer that to added perfume. Bottle lasts me a while, I think it's a good value.

didn't work for me
I think this is a great product but it didn't work well for me due to some of the ingredients, such as the Polysorbate 20, which has always given me issues. Most people love this product and I love that it doesn't have a lot of silly essential oils that cause more problems than they fix usually....I also like that it is fragrance free.

A good option for a daily exfoliant
I like to use this product on nights or days after not using my prescription topical retinoid. For me, it is a gentle exfoliant that helps bridge the gap on those days to help keep my skin somewhat exfoliated at all times. I did notice after using it one night that a few bumps which were previously closed off had opened and become white comedones, which made me respect its exfoliating abilities. I do think this is worth adding to your regimen on as needed basis to fine tune your exfoliation.

This is magic
I have been using this for a little over 2 weeks now. At first, I used it every other day because I have pretty sensitive skin. This week, I decided to start using it on my nose twice a day. Wow. I woke up this morning and did a triple take in the mirror. Since I can remember, I always have had blackheads all over my nose, especially in the corners. They are literally almost gone. holy grail every-day BHA
My go-to. I've re-bought this several times. I tried a mini size first and liked it so much that I bought the large size right after and continue to buy the large size. The mini actually comes in handy when I travel - I just pour some of the larger one into it. I use this every night right after washing my face and before the rest of my skincare routine. It goes on smooth, though it is quite liquidy, so you have to be pretty quick putting it on and spreading it across your face. But feels great, doesn't have very much of a scent, and works!
