actually my favorite product
this is actually my favorite product. maybe of all time. it just clears out my pores so well and doesn't over dry. i do always apply lotion once it dries but then my skin feels and looks great. it even helps clear those comedone under skin bumps that i seemed to have forever. until i started using this regularly. i use every night unless i am using a different weekly treatment. definitely my go to.

Excellent for acne
I had received a small sample of this from a separate order. For many months it sat in my drawer as I spent hundreds on different products trying to get a sudden bout of acne under control for over a year. Nothing helped. I stumbled upon this in my drawer one day & read what it was for online. I figured since salicylic acid had never helped my acne this wouldn't be any different but I decided to try it. Immediately deep cystic acne on and under my chin started to clear. Acne that had been stubbornly refusing to clear for nearly a year disappeared. None of it has returned and I've been using it for 3 months now. You can use it as a spot treatment or put it on your palms or a cotton pad and use it all over. I don't get any reaction and my skin is very sensitive. It leaves no residue. Topical agents aren't my first go to when my skin goes bad. I know skin issues are just giving a glimpse into the internal problems and it's important to address those inflammatory root causes rather than cover the symptoms up with topical chemicals or drugs but it sure is nice to find a product that has helped clear my face up while I focus on my internal health. One issue I do have is I can't find the EWG's rating on this product.

SO Impressed!
I received a small bottle of this as a 'gift with purchase' and it is one of my go-to exfoliants! I learned that BHA's are better than AHA's for people with sensitive skin/rosacea (and they don't necessarily make you sensitive to the sun, though you should always wear sunscreen) and I use iS Clinical Active Serum on a nightly basis to calm redness, but this is a 1-2x a week (in replacement of the Active Serum) and my skin feels SO soft, clear and lovely. Highly recommend.
