Paula's Choice SKIN BALANCING Pore-Reducing Toner helps refresh and restore balance to your skin. Antioxidants, soothing plant extracts and niacinamide help tone down oily skin and minimize pore size making oily areas less noticeable and skin more even, smooth, moisturized and protected.

Allergic reaction
I have never in my life had a reaction to a skin care product like I did with this one. Paula’s Choice is a brand I love and I use a couple of their products in my routine. I was running out of my hydrating toner and wanted to try something new so I got this. Less than a week of use, my skin has been itchy, red, and slightly swollen. It’s so crazy!! Something like this has never happened before. The only thing that changed in my routine was the toner! I’m going back to my old one. I wish this worked for me but sadly I have to throw away a full bottle.

As someone with oily skin, I found that this was a very effective toner for overall hydration, especially during the warmer months. In tandem with an exfoliating routine I do feel as though it improved the overall congestion of my pores and even helped a little bit to improve my skin texture. I used this twice a day as a hydrating layer and the bottle lasted me just over three months. I feel as though this is an extremely good value as it has a lower price point than many other toners on the market with similar benefits, and at a higher volume to boot. I will continue to repurchase this, especially for use during the warmer months.
