Paula's Choice SKIN BALANCING Pore-Reducing Toner helps refresh and restore balance to your skin. Antioxidants, soothing plant extracts and niacinamide help tone down oily skin and minimize pore size making oily areas less noticeable and skin more even, smooth, moisturized and protected.

I really like this toner. It's gentle and has great ingredients. I've been using this for almost two months and I think it's brighten my skin a bit. It hasnt broken me out or gave me any irritation. I use this at night only with a cotton pad and it kind of helps to remove any residue left from my tinted sunscreen too.
