This hydrating toner feels just like a comforting liquid lotion, enriching skin with essential omega fatty acids and plantderived antioxidants to improve visible signs of aging and dehydration. Over time, it reinforces the skin’s vital moisture barrier and optimizes its ability to retain hydration.

Gentle and packed with moisture
This isn't an astringent toner, it's very gentle and has a nice texture that is more of a lotion mixed with serum than a toner. It's very moisturizing and feels nice before using other products over it at night.

Immediate hydration with this gentle toner. Zero irritation. I don't see any impact on fine lines, pores, or skin tone but admittedly have been using for less than 1 month. I don't notice any scent on the product. It is slightly thicker than other toners but still thin. I prefer to pat it on without a cotton round.

So moisturizing!
This is one of my favorite products. It's so moisturizing and yet still light enough to be layered underneath other products. It soaks into the skin so quickly and leaves you feeling so nice and moisturized. Would definitely recommend buying this especially with winter coming. You won't regret it!

Needed More Moisture
I double cleanse at night. I use an oil cleanser, and then a non foaming cleanser. I added toner to my nighttime routine because I wanted to make sure I had thoroughly cleansed my skin. I'll put this toner on a cotton round and then go over my face/neck/chest. Most nights, I'm pretty proud of the way I've cleansed. Other nights, this toner will show me where I missed a few spots. I feel that cleansing/toning at night is very important, so that you have really prepared your skin for your nighttime treatments. I have used 2 bottles of this toner, and I just needed more moisture. I moved onto another of PC's toners, one that has more moisture to it. For reference, I have combination to oily skin and have rosacea. Overall, this is a good product. However, I needed more moisture. This toner would end up drying almost immediately on my face/neck/chest, and then I'd have to spritz a mist on to lock in further moisture before moving onto other treatments. Overall, this is a good product, but didn't meet my needs ultimately.
