This hydrating toner feels just like a comforting liquid lotion, enriching skin with essential omega fatty acids and plantderived antioxidants to improve visible signs of aging and dehydration. Over time, it reinforces the skin’s vital moisture barrier and optimizes its ability to retain hydration.
Ingredients:

Non-Irritating Toner
I switched from an AHA toner and have not looked back. I have sensitive skin and I was just making it more irritated with other toners. I've noticed less dry, red, and irritated skin since switching to Paula's Choice. I honestly haven't seen any wrinkle/fine line reduction, but my main goal was to reduce redness so it works for me.

Bouncy, rich toner that encapsulates my skin with moisture!
The texture of this toner is reminiscent of a milky-lotion emulsion. I had no need or desire to layer this toner on as it's very rich and hydrating. It works perfectly with my retinol cream and doesn't irritate my sensitive skin. I personally pat it onto my face and press it in.
