Huge help for Senior skin
This was my first intro to Paula's Choice and I love this moisturizer. My skin feels nice when I wake up. At age 67, the winter cold does take its toll. This, plus my room humidifier, helps immensely.

Thicker texture
I was using the Omega Complex Serum which is a lighter texture, and i ordered this one by accident, it's definitely richer, wouldn't recommend it for oilier skin types, but is a good one for dryer skin, it will absorb quickly, just need to warm it up a bit with the tip of your fingers and voila! Plus it has no scent which i love! Doesn't break me out either, i feel is definitely affordable and very good.

Good for winter
I like a thicker moisturizer for the colder and drier months. It's pretty thick and will leave your face looking very shiny, borderline greasy. It is moisturizing, but there are other ones out there with a similar price point that I like better. I'm glad I got a sample size of this one to try out.

Thick cream
Wanted for evening cream. Question if it's too thick. Goes on fine but verdict still out. It's 3rd Paula's choice products not blown away. But def affordable.

Wanted to love, but didn't
I really wanted to love this product, as the ingredient list & claimed benefits are really appealing for my sensitive, dry, rosacea-prone skin. Specifically, I was looking for something to help heal & maintain my skin barrier. However, it did not really work for me. Not totally terrible, but not impressive. I also found the packaging to be bulky and unnecessary. For the product itself, I found the texture unpleasant - it is thick, doesn't spread easily, almost weirdly chalky feeling? Given my sensitive skin, I am very diligent about testing a product on only half my face for a few days, and with this one I felt some mild sensitivity after applying and even had a few small bumps break out on my cheeks. At that point, I stopped using it. Ultimately, my barrier was restored by good-ole Cereve in a tub! I think that more often than not simpler is better, especially with sensitive skin. There must have been an ingredient in this longer list (I usually suspect one of the plant oils or extracts) that just did not agree with me.

Meh product
I saw a recommendation for this as an under eye cream, and bought given its price point. It's way too heavy as an under eye cream. The thickness isn't great and makes my skin feel a bit tacky. I also don't like the packaging. You can't tell how much is left, or open it to get final drops of the cream.

Verdict is still out
I've only been using this product for about two weeks, so I'm still undecided about its benefits. It goes on pretty thick and kind of has an odd smell. I only use it at night because it would be too heavy during the day. I honestly don't think it has done much to increase hydration for my skin, either. However, I'm hopeful that I will see results as I continue to use it. I primarily purchased it due to the fact that it contains ceramides in the ingredients list.

Greats texture
Great texture and keeps my face moisturized all day. Don't need a lot. I found if I used too much then I felt like my skin couldn't breathe but if I used a small amount little the size of a nickel, then that would be enough for my face and another nickel size for my neck. Love all the good ingredients in this product. Highly recommend.
