This product has made my skin smoother and softer! I still have some whiteheads across my forehead, but much better than before! Not super sure about post-blemish marks, but I subjectively feel that they are fading at a good pace. This is a pretty high concentration though, so beware if you are sensitive with niacinamide.

I really liked this product and chose it because I like Paula's choice in general. It must be used with other products in order to be effective. It was part of my skin routine and I used it 1-2 times a day. Most of all this product will even out your skin tone, redness, and blotchy patches. No scent and the bottle does last a long time.

Noticeable Difference!
I purchased this serum because I am a nurse and I wear a mask for over 12 hours at once, and for multiple days at a time. I was noticing more breakouts due to the mask and also I have been using my Shani Darden retinol more often in my routine that already has AHA's and BHA's and was experiencing some irritation. I decided to incorporate this serum because I have read that Niacinamide helps with oil production (which in turn makes your pores "appear" smaller which leads to less of a chance for breakouts) and reducing redness. I did not experience any irritation with the high concentration of this serum. But after about a month of use, I noticed that my skin was much less irritated and my breakouts had gone from constant to about 2-3/month (hormonal). Even the blackheads that always show up on my nose appeared smaller to me. I use this serum every other night, after washing my face, applying toner, and using my Paula's Choice BHA Exfoliant. I follow up with a hyaluronic acid serum, eye cream, a face oil and seal it all in with a face cream. I'm on my second bottle and will continue to incorporate this into my routine since it has really help reduce the breakouts and appearance of irritation.
