Best combo face cream and redness reducer I have found thus far (and I have tried many). The hype about azelaic is real and I find it a bit better at reducing redness than niacinamide. Paula’s choice gets it right with this cream and I find it works extremely well on my age related redness. It’s the best I have found for neck redness in particular. I use this at night and have virtually no redness in the morning. It goes on soothsayer and a little goes a long way. Provides good moisture and coverage without being greasy. Dries fast and last a long time. High recommend.

Best OTC azelaic acid hands down
This one is the best, period. I’ve tried all the others and this one wins. It has a creamy, elegant feel that soaks in and layers well with no pilling. The tiny percentage of salicylic acid in the formula is appreciated as it is not enough to interfere with any other acids you layer on top or underneath.

I've been using this for a few weeks but haven't noticed any positive results. The formula is like a paste, not creamy or easy to spread. I feel I have to use more than I should in order to cover my face, and it's not a very big tube so I'll likely run out of it quickly.

This stuff works I have bought this about 3 times and will be repurchasing soon. I have a lot of pigmentation on my upper lip and face. It’s subtle but I hate it this works really well but you have to be patient with it. Maybe alternate between this and a good vitamin c. I got a kit with all those and all her products work well together. I have tried the ordinary as well but I didn’t like that one as much as I like this one. The price is not bad either for what it does

Best azelaic product out there
This product works great and does an excellent job at getting rid of the age-related redness on my face and neck. I was using niaminacide to relieve my redness but while at Sephora about 6 months ago a salesperson suggested trying azaelaic because it is supposed to be less drying so I did, and that person was right - what a difference in moisture with redness relief! I initially tried the Inkey List's azelaic gel serum, which was very nice, but needed to be followed by a moisturizer to be moisturizing enough for me, and when I saw that Paula's Choice had an azelaic that was a cream and did not need to have a moisturizer follow-up, I decided to tried it since I have always had great luck with Paula's Choice products. And this product is amazing and I was hooked from the very first night I used it! It's moisturizing without being heavy or greasy, makes my face look and feel amazing, and has all but eliminated my chronic red neck "collar". My face is visibly smoother, plumper, and more even toned and it has definitely helped my wrinkles a bit too. I have had no issues with it pilling or causing my makeup not to go on smoothly. I highly recommend it to others...
