These are great for puffy under eyes in the morning. I definitely leave them on longer than 5 minutes though and I take them off when the serum is mostly dried out. Tip: put them in the fridge overnight!

Slide down your face
Unlike other under eye mask I've used, these are really difficult to get to stay in place. They're difficult to apply and either slide down your face or somehow up into the eye on one side when the other side drops down. If you can get them to stay in place they do depuff pretty well. But that requires constantly adjusting them.
