The first hair oil I've ever actually liked????
I'm big on luxury skincare brands, but I usually go for a lower pricepoint when it comes to my hair. However, I'd heard so many great things from people with many different hair types, so I bought the travel size and gave it a shot. So glad I did! I have superfine, color-treated hair, and I've always struggled to find something that adds shine without making my strands limp. This does the trick! I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of the price. I feel like there must be a more affordable dupe somewhere out there, and that's what I'll be looking for next.

Unique but test it first
I really like this product because it's thick and efficient. It has a great, pleasant smell that holds to the high caliber which Oribe is known. The perfume lasts a full day, in my experience. I would strongly recommend trying a small sample before committing to the large size. In addition to the unique perfumed smell, the consistency is quite dense. I don't mind this as I have thick hair, and it distributes pretty easily in damp hair. But its a lot creamier than many other oils I've used. I would definitely recommend it, but likely I won't be repurchasing. Its not as versatile as I'd hoped, and while I like the scent, I don't love it enough to justify the cost.

Oribe's Gold Lust Nourishing Hair Oil - Expensive, yes. Worth it, absolutely! If you are hesitant to purchase because of price, don't hesitate any longer. I've tried several hair oils before Oribe's. Some work better than others, but Oribe's works best for me. I love everything about it.....the smell, the consistency, the way it makes my coarse hair feel smooth and healthy for days after using.
