Prefer the Drugstore Brand
I had high expectations of this root touch-up spray since I consider Oribe to be a professional product. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. First of all, it’s expensive! Be aware that 1.8 oz. is a tiny, travel-sized, can. Secondly, the color of the Light Brown is really orange. I used it once, and I threw it away. Yes, it was that bad!!! That expensive product became even more so because it was one-time use for me. Save your money, the L’Oréal Magic Root Cover Up is a better product for about 1/4 the price.

Love this brand.
This is a great touch up spray because of the mineral colorants. It does not look painted on. The rice starch is an added bonus as it absorbs the oil from your scape like a dry shampoo. Finally, I love the idea that it has UV protection in it too.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic, I've been to my colorist only once and I am not ready to go grey. I was happy to find out about Oribe Airbrush Root Touch-Up Spray in light brown. It is without a doubt the best root spray I've used. Some other sprays I've used looked like I put shoe polish on my roots. The Oribe root spray is natural looking and the color is just right. I highly recommend this product.

Surprisingly, I like this spray a lot! I have been using a stick from Bumble and Bumble for a long time, which is also great. I find the crayon can weigh the hair down. The spray is light and it's easier to cover hard to reach areas. It looks natural on the hair. It is expensive, but I am not fully grey so it lasts me a long time. I also suggest using this with a stick. Switch off and that way it will last longer. I am a fan.
