Improvements
I have noticed an improvement in my hair. When I wash my hair and condition it, there is less hair breakage. I am using the pretreatment twice a week. I am combing it through wet hair and letting it set for at least 10 minutes or more, and then taking my shower.

Not for everyone
I have very fine hair that is also curly. After reading amazing reviews about Olaplex and seeing that it's sulfate Free (curl-friendly! Yay!) I tried the 3, 4, and 5 together as a system. My hair shed so much the first time I used it, I got nervous and figured maybe I hadn't brushed it enough or something. Over the next month every time I used this system my hair fell out in massive clumps in the shower. I stopped using it and switched back to my prior products and my hair shedding was minimal and back to normal levels. The amount of hair I lost using this system for a month is alarming. I'm grateful for Dermstore's generous return policy so I can return the system and find something that works better for me.

Must-Have product
I have bleached hair and this product is a necessity for me! I love that it comes in this value size. I use it 1-2x a week and if I'm not careful I run through it pretty quickly. It's best to apply on damp hair so it will spread more evenly. I leave it in for at least 30 minutes, covered with a cap so that it stays damp (if it dries out it allegedly stops working). Using this product weekly has saved my hair from breaking off!
