I like this mask but it's not as moisturizing as Amika Soul Food. Also 10 minutes is a long time to wait when other masks (like Soul Food) do the job in 5-7 minutes

Worth the extra $$ and time
Following all the steps can be time consuming and I also hate to wash away all the products. I have lots of frizzy, wavy, non-treated hair. I get the best results when I leave this mask on my clean hair overnight. To save time, I have tried paring it with the perfector and then leaving both overnight before washing my hair in the morning, but my hair texture was not as smooth and manageable.

Not sure about this one
I love Olaplex products and credit the normal No.5 with saving my hair from extreme breakage. I had high hopes for this one but after one use my hair has become really dry and brittle. I'm not sure if I'll use it again, which is a shame. For now, I'll stick to my normal Olaplex conditioner and offer this one to a friend who has tried and already likes this one. For reference, I have medium density, naturally curly hair that's prone to breakage and is not treated with any chemicals.
