I have chemically treated hair and this makes my hair so soft. I tried it the first time and I didn't feel like it did much but then I tried it again recently and my hair feels so silky. The only thing is that the bottle is pretty small and I only get two uses out of it. (I have medium shoulder-length hair, not too thick but a lot of hair) however, I think it's worth it to keep my hair in good condition in between bleaches. Trust the process and buy it!
